Nope, i only have one PC, i dont have access to any other accounts or pc's

Why should you be unbanned: So on 06/12/2019, i come back from school and go onto FiveM and click on the server, it then pops up saying that i have been banned for "Multiple Accounts" leading me to being very confused. I dont have no other steam accounts or FiveM accounts, i dont have a reason for having any other accounts which makes me very confused. I have never logged into another steam or FiveM account for the past 4-6 months. I was just wondering if someone higher up could reply with what "Multiple accounts" means. If this is the true reason for a ban then IDK because i have no other accounts, i play this server daily so would be lovely if i could get an unban.
