I want to remind you that you always teleported to another, new point and never to your recent point. Plus, you were never sitting in a car. 
Still, there is a chance of misunderstanding and not enough evidences.

But, remember to follow all rules and in this case especially the rule §2.8. Hacking, cheating or any form of using custom menus will result in a permanent ban.
