Hi, I'm Matt and today il be handling your ban appeal. As I can see you were banned for writing another language. We have clear rules that say we do not allow any other language than English in any type of chat from voice chat to local chat. We do not allow other languages than english because we cannot moderate what players would say in other language and everybody would speak insult, and that would be a huge chaos. You were not banned right away you got warned 2 times by @KelQ you kept on going speaking russian and minding your own business and there is no excuse for that, the friend you were talking to in russian got warned aswell you both kept on going like nothing happened. I'm sorry but the ban stays take this as a lesson for next time meanwhile you have time to read our server rules you find them here on this site gamesense.eu so you will know next time. Hi, I'm Matt and today I will be handling your ban appeal. As I can see you where banned 10/10/2020 for breaking rule 3.1 Mass spawning of vehicles. We got logs for every car that's getting spawned in the server we do not randomly ban. I checked and it results you mass spawned a amout of vehicles. According to our rules we do not allow mass spawn of vehicles because it affects the server performance, we are really strict about that. You can always delete vehicles your done using by typing /dv in chat the command delets your current vehicles or the nearest one. You have put 0 effort in your ban appeal not even a proper explanation of the moment neither a apology. I'm sorry the ban stays in the main time you could read the server rules so you know next time. Hi, I'm Matt and today I will be handling your ban appeal. We are really strict about other languages we keep it english only in all the chats to avoid chaos. This way we can all understand each other. I'm struggling a bit to understand what you typed but from what I understand if you have 3 different languages on your pc make sure to set it on english when you are playing in our server and double check what you typed before sending a text. You were not banned immediately the admin@Siritold you to stop, it's not the first time you got told to stop speaking other languages you got multiple warns we tried multiple times to make you stop but you kept on going and going Siri just applied the according punishment for breaking the rules. As I already mentioned we do not allow other languages than english and the punishment applies equally for everyone. I'm sorry but the ban stays. As we can all see your story is not holding on at all, lying is not helping you, in the first application you said you were doing "mechanic rp" now you admit that you burned cars, ramming players is not necessary killing them since they have god mode on, you know the rules, many chances has been given trying to explain you what's wrong to do and you kept doing the same thing all over again, I told you and your friend that I was going to give you a last chance after all and you said ok, looks like you lost that one aswell, I'm sorry but it is what it is, now your paying the conequences. I have nothing to add.

We both know that's not true, the guy on global chat said that there were cars blocking the road, but we got multiple reports regarding you I went there and guess what I found you shooting at players cars, npc's blowing up cars randomly while me and kelq were watching you just run over us and the other 2 players that were there, so stop lying about what happened in that case, your not the victim its not the first time, we warned you about abusing donator perks, looks like you can't control yourself even tho we tried multiple times to help you out with second chances.

Point number 1. I have nothing against anybody, I try to keep it cool and nice for everyone Point number 2. He got reported he kept ramming and shooting other player's cars it's not the first time he did that we tried to give him a second chance looks like he wont understand that being a donator doesn't give you a free pass to do whatever you want. He is been playing by his own rules all time long with his friend CaptainKostaZ, complaining about everything and everyone. Kelq and other players were at the scene he was ramming all of us and shooting at everyone's car. Point number 3. This appeal is incomplete no apologies at all, no effort at all into it, this is about something he did and he knows very well. Also lying about what he was doing at the ban moment. For proofs we can check the chat logs and the reports.
