I just bought a brand new pre built pc online and just downloaded everything on that one and sold my outdated dell desktop, could that cause this?

Platform (FiveM/RedM): FiveM Why should you be unbanned: It says that the ban was issued at 1:10 PM but i work until 5 and no one else uses my pc or has my login so im unsure why i was banned when i wasnt playing. Hope i wasnt hacked!
